*	Started to play the piano when he was nine years old.
	*	Started as a vocalist and guitarist in a band called leaper at 14.
	*	Started in the blackmetal band Lost in time at sixteen.  The band had a concert on the Infernofestival 2002.
	*	Became a member of the band Cynicon and in 2003 their first Cd name was Cynetic.
	*	In year 2000 Fredrik got the Culture Price for his achievement in Nittedals Culture life
	*	Fredrik has been a music teacher in “The Summer-week” in Hakadal for six years, he was also the one who come up with the name “Rockstock”, witch is a famous music festival in Hakadal”.
	*	Fredrik started a music school “Triol” in 2003.
	*	Fredrik plays piano and sing in the Norwegian famous band “Pegasus”. They are playing country-pop music.
	*	Fredrik is now the music-teacher at the Artist-school in Norway. ( artistskolen.no)
